About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve processes, manage teams, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily operational activities and workflows.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and performance standards.
Track team performance, productivity, KPIs, and operational targets.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare and analyze operational reports and share regular updates with management.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
Improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize resources.
Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and process discipline.




Train and support team members whenever required.

Requirements
Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–10 years of experience in Operations/Business Operations/Team Management.
Solid leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools.
Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
Candidates with experience in managing large teams will be preferred.
