Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement recent processes and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process operations.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant.
Robust knowledge of process engineering principles, including process design, development, and optimization.
Experience with process simulation software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
