Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth shipment handling, partner coordination, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine robust organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset, supporting both operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee loading, unloading, and quality checks of shipments.
Partner Coordination: Liaise with delivery partners to ensure timely connections and smooth handovers.
Pickup Management: Raise pickup requests and coordinate with customers for daily pickups.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments across first mile, mid-way, and last mile to ensure timely delivery.
System Entries: Record shipment details accurately in the company’s defined portal.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and partners to maintain service reliability.
MIS Reporting:



Prepare and share daily MIS reports on shipment status and operational updates.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to maintain structured operational records.
Prior experience in logistics, transport operations, or customer service preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under time-sensitive conditions.
Positive attitude with a focus on service reliability and customer satisfaction.
