Key Responsibilities
Handle sales support requests related to

Quotes, Orders, Amendments, Pricing & Vendor Quotes

.
Provide SME support for complex issues and perform root cause analysis/troubleshooting

.
Support

Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Order and L2S processes

.
Prepare training materials, work instructions and knowledge-base content

.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities

.
Coordinate with internal customers and stakeholders for query resolution.

Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of

BPO experience

.
Hands-on

O2C / Quote-to-Order experience.
Valuable knowledge of

L2S – Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, Licensee, Pricing Sheets & Reports

.
Proficient in

MS Excel

.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree.

Good to Have
Customer-facing experience.
Training/SME experience.
Knowledge-base or SOP creation experience.
