Job Summary

We are looking for a Night Duty Front Office Executive to manage the hospital front desk during the night shift. The candidate should be polite, responsible and comfortable handling patients, attendants and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle front desk and reception activities during the night shift.
Attend and guide patients and their attendants politely.
Handle patient registration, admission and discharge-related activities.
Attend phone calls and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, security and other departments.
Handle emergency situations and inform the concerned team promptly.
Maintain front office registers and records.
Coordinate for billing and other patient-related requirements.




Ensure proper handover of pending work to the morning shift.
Maintain a qualified and helpful environment at the reception.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate.
1–2 years of experience in front office or reception, preferably in a hospital.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently during the night shift.
Polite and patient-friendly behaviour.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
