Key Responsibilities
Equipment Reliability: Oversee maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (ranging from 100T to 1000T+).
Maintenance Strategy: Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) and increase mean time between failures (MTBF).
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule shift maintenance engineers, technicians, and mechanics.
Spare Parts Management: Forecast, control, and monitor critical spare parts inventories, dies, clutches, flywheels, and hydraulic components.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, OSHA/local safety regulations, and shop-floor safety standards.
Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies to eliminate recurring press line failures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
