We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Walmart Marketplace and a solid understanding of product listing management, data handling, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update product data, catalogs, and reports using Microsoft Excel
Create A+ Content / EBC and product images using AI tools
Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform basic SEO and keyword optimization to improve product visibility
Generate, analyze, and share performance reports to support business decisions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
Monitor and resolve listing or catalog-related issues on the Walmart platform

Requirements
1 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Walmart Marketplace preferred)




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to advanced level)
Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and listing quality
Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Preferred Skills
Experience as a Walmart Support Executive or similar role
Familiarity with AI tools for content and image creation
Basic understanding of e-commerce performance metrics
