Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and deliver training programs for recent hires, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and develop targeted training solutions.
Conduct regular assessments to measure employee performance and provide feedback to improve overall skill development.
Job Requirements :
4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Process Trainer or similar role.
Solid understanding of SOP creation, management, and implementation.
Proven track record in designing effective product training programs that drive business results.
