Job Title: Sales Engineer Power Management Systems (PMS)

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Power Management Systems (PMS) for a leading engineering organization in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, bids and techno-commercial proposals.
Prepare quotations and coordinate tender submissions.
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships.
Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and order execution.
Deliver technical presentations and commercial discussions with customers.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Power Management Systems, Electrical Automation, or Industrial Electrical Solutions.
Experience in technical sales, quotations, bids & proposals.
Valuable understanding of Power Distribution Systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
