Roles and Responsibility
Assist in the development and implementation of current production methods and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of production activities.
Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
