Role & responsibilities
Operate packing machines for detergent products (powder).
Set up machines, including weight settings, sealing temperature, and speed adjustments.
Monitor the packing process to ensure correct weight, sealing, and labeling.
Check packaging materials (pouches, bottles, cartons) before use.
Perform regular quality checks to avoid leakage, under filling, or overfilling.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area to prevent contamination.
Record production data such as output, downtime, and defects.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals and detergent operating Machines.
Ensure proper stacking and storage of finished goods.
Ensure all safety devices of Machine are working.
