Key Responsibilities:

 Handle First-mile (FM) & Last-mile (LM) operational tickets

 Coordinate with internal Ops teams and courier partners for resolution

 Respond to seller queries with timely updates and closures

 Monitor ticket ageing and ensure SLA adherence

 Maintain operational trackers and performance reports

 Escalate critical cases proactively

Preferred Candidate Profile:

 Prior experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations

 Valuable understanding of FM & LM operations

 Experience in handling operational escalations/tickets

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 Valuable working knowledge of Excel (lookup, pivot, reporting, trackers, etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
