Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control and Project Foundation.
Own solution architecture and configuration decisions for the PPM workstream.
Mentor and guide functional consultants; review deliverables and configurations.
Manage requirement workshops with senior stakeholders and drive fit-gap analysis.
Oversee integrations between PPM and GL, AP, AR, Procurement and third-party systems.
Govern testing cycles, cutover and hypercare, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience with at least one lead role.
Deep expertise across Project Costing, Billing, Control and Contracts.
Robust understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition and burdening.
Proven experience leading teams and managing full-lifecycle implementations.
Excellent stakeholder-management and solution-design skills.

Valuable to Have
Oracle Cloud PPM certification.
Exposure to Grants Management or Capital Projects.
