Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of civil, construction, electrical, plumbing, finishing, and MEP materials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare rates, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Manage Purchase Orders (POs), vendor documentation, and procurement records.
Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and payment terms.
Maintain approved vendor lists and develop recent supplier relationships.




Track material prices and support cost optimization and budget control.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and ERP systems.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction procurement/purchase.
Solid knowledge of construction materials and local supplier markets.
Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP/Purchase Management Software will be preferred.
Robust analytical and cost-management skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
