Key Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control control budgets, budget levels, tolerances and validations.
Set up Encumbrance Accounting for requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
Define funds-check and funds-reservation behaviour across Procurement and Payables.
Support budget import, budget adjustments and carry-forward processing.
Integrate Budgetary Control with GL, Procurement, Payables and Projects.
Troubleshoot funds-check failures and provide production support.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting.
Deep understanding of control budgets, funds reservation and encumbrance lifecycle.
Solid grounding in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Payables, Procurement).
Experience with budget loading, adjustments and reporting.
Ability to analyse and resolve funds-check and accounting issues.

Valuable to Have
Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
Public-sector / government financials experience.
