Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain packaging machines for optimal performance and productivity.
Monitor and control the quality of packaging materials to meet company standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.
Troubleshoot issues with packaging equipment and report problems to maintenance teams.




Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Packing Operator or in a related field.
Solid knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with colleagues.
Familiarity with quality control measures and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
