We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in production operations and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, to achieve production goals.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to positive manufacturing practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.




Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in production operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
