Key Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Cloud Grants Management awards, sponsors, funding sources and compliance.
Set up and support Project Portfolio Management (Costing, Billing, Foundation) for grant-funded projects.
Configure award budgets, funding patterns, and billing/revenue for sponsored projects.
Support integrations with GL, AP, AR and Procurement for grant transactions.
Gather requirements, prepare functional designs and support UAT and go-live.
Provide production support and enhancements across PPM and Grants.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience, including Grants / sponsored-projects.
Solid knowledge of award management, funding and project billing.
Understanding of project costing, budgeting and revenue for grant-funded work.
Experience with fit-gap analysis, configuration and testing.
Familiarity with PPM–financials integration flows.

Valuable to Have
Oracle Cloud PPM certification.
Public-sector / higher-education / research grants experience.
