Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dark store operations.
Monitor order picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with pickers, packers, store staff and delivery partners.
Manage inventory, stock availability and replenishment.
Check product quality, quantity and expiry dates.
Update order and stock status in the system.
Handle order delays, missing items and operational issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper product arrangement.
Prepare daily reports on orders, inventory and operations.
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
