We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to manage hiring for business roles across multiple industries such as retail, healthcare, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements for non-technical roles
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and references
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups for joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports




Build talent pipelines for volume hiring

Required Skills
Solid understanding of non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple roles simultaneously
Solid negotiation and coordination skills

Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
