Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily academic and administrative activities of the primary section.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate primary teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.
Coordinate parent‑teacher meetings, open houses, and other community events.
Monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior; intervene with support strategies as needed.
Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement for the primary department.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that promotes student well‑being and learning.
Prepare reports for senior management and contribute to school‑wide strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification (e.g., CTET, State Teacher Eligibility Test).
Robust knowledge of primary education pedagogy and curriculum development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
