We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, drive website traffic, and improve ROI for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services and software solutions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.





Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Understanding of lead generation campaigns and campaign optimization techniques.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Experience in B2B marketing or the IT industry is preferred.
