Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Develop production schedules using MS Project and monitor progress against milestones.
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), production timelines, resource plans, and production trackers.
Track fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely completion.
Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
Production Execution
Coordinate day-to-day shop floor production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and machine productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Design, Procurement, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing activities.
Resource Planning
Plan manpower, machinery, tools, and equipment utilization.
Review machine loading and production capacity.
Identify production constraints and recommend corrective actions.
Optimize utilization of available resources to improve efficiency.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Quality, Stores, Logistics, and Dispatch teams.
Conduct periodic production review meetings.




Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely material and service availability.
Prepare daily production reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production schedules and planning documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Update production status reports and project progress trackers.
Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and quality requirements.
Risk Management

Identify risks such as

· Material shortages

· Production delays

· Design changes

· Machine breakdowns

· Resource constraints
Implement corrective actions to recover schedules and minimize delays.
Inventory & Material Coordination
Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor inventory levels for production requirements.
Minimize material shortages and production downtime.
Exim, Logistics & Commercial Coordination
Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch planning and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.

Pay: ₹11,624.06 - ₹43,402.25 per month
