We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Executive to join our team in the Biotechnology sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management, quality control, and process optimization.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and sales.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Analyze data and reports to optimize production processes and make informed decisions.




Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or related field.
Proven experience in production management, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
