We are looking for a proactive Project Management Trainee to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day project handling while also managing community engagement activities, helping ensure smooth communication between teams, stakeholders, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end project handling, including planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time. Manage community engagement initiatives and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates. Assist in identifying project risks and supporting timely resolution of issues.
Liaise with site/technical teams to align project execution with organizational goals. Support communication between management, clients, and community members as required.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil preferred).
3+ years of relevant experience in project handling and/or community management. Robust organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Positive communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
