Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the production of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Train and guide production staff on new processes and procedures.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in production injectables, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
