Role Summary

We are looking for a client-facing Pre-Sales qualified who can drive solutioning, demos, and deal support for enterprise customers in the customer experience space.

Must-Have Skills




Strong Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience in CCaaS / CPaaS / SaaS
Solid understanding of contact center technologies & CX workflows
Proven experience in product demos, POCs, and enterprise deal support
Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs .
Develop technical documentation, solution decks, and business case proposals .
Collaborate with sales teams to define solution scope, pricing inputs, and implementation considerations .
Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field

Good-to-Have
Exposure to AI in customer experience (chatbots, voice bots, analytics)
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs
