Project Manager

Back to Source Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of new restaurant, café, bakery and hospitality projects, as well as upgrades and renovations of existing outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute current restaurant and café projects from concept to opening.
Prepare and modify kitchen layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas pipeline and fire-fighting works.
Liaise with government authorities, Municipal Corporation and statutory agencies for approvals.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and compliance.




Lead renovation and infrastructure improvement projects across existing outlets.

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
5+ years of project execution experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail or commercial projects preferred.
Solid contractor management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
