Qualification & Experience
Should be Science/ Commerce Graduate, preferably Graduate in Engineering /PGDCM /MBA/ MCA/PGDGM / BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent or higher qualification.
Handling customer and multivendor experience
Total experience of 15 years with minimum 7 years’ experience of working in PMO team.
Should have knowledge of IT Infrastructure managed services (servers, storage, database, networks, backup & restore, application) Implementation and operations engagements in at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 3000 branches in India in last 3 years.
Should be experienced in Finacle customization and support with valuable knowledge of end to end architecture, interfaces including FEBA, DEH, Finacle Intergrator and C24.




Should be experienced in managing UPI transactions from technical perspective for a large bank with more than 3000 branches in India.
Should have knowledge of EOD / BOD ,Finacle table structures, tables, batch jobs, cron jobs, interest application, functional aspects of loans, deposits, General Ledger.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Certification Mandatory Certifications - (minimum one)
ITIL 4 Certified
PMP Certified
Prince-2 Certified

Solid problem determination and resolution skills.
