Key Responsibilities :
Manage overall production operations including Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Cutting, Pouching and Gluing.
Prepare and execute daily/monthly production plans to achieve targets and delivery schedules.
Monitor production efficiency, OEE, machine utilization, wastage and rejection.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
Maintain required quality standards and resolve production-related quality issues.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Stores and Dispatch teams.
Reduce production downtime, wastage, rework and operational costs.
Lead and develop production supervisors, operators and other shop-floor employees.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, housekeeping and company policies.
Prepare and review daily/monthly production MIS and performance reports.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
