Job Summary

Onward Technologies is seeking a skilled Pipe Routing Engineer with expertise in Siemens NX (UG NX) to support the design and development of hydraulic and pneumatic routing systems for automotive, off-highway, construction equipment, and industrial machinery applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust mechanical design skills, routing experience, and a positive understanding of installation and packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop hydraulic and pneumatic pipe/tube routing layouts using Siemens NX (UG NX).
Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for pipes, hoses, tubes, clamps, and support brackets.
Perform packaging studies, clearance checks, and interference analysis.
Design routing solutions considering manufacturability, serviceability, maintenance, and assembly requirements.




Develop installation layouts and support structures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, production, quality, and installation teams.
Support prototype builds, testing, installation, and issue resolution.
Participate in design reviews and engineering change implementation.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
