We are looking for a skilled Freelance Python Django Developer to join our team for project-based and ongoing development work. The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, APIs, and backend systems using Django and related technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and Django
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF)
Work on database design, optimization, and management using PostgreSQL/MySQL
Integrate frontend components with backend services
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs
Write clean, reusable, and productive code following development best practices
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and project teams
Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub
Stay updated with the Django ecosystem and modern backend development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications




Strong proficiency in Python and Django
Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for frontend integration
Experience with Git/GitHub
Understanding of authentication systems such as JWT, OAuth, and session-based authentication
Knowledge of deployment, cloud hosting, and server management is a plus
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing Django projects is required
