We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Officer to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the production process to ensure effective and safe manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to ensure smooth production operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Science (M.Sc.).
Proven experience as a Production Officer or similar role in a pharmaceutical company.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and other relevant laws and standards.
