Job Summary
STEM Shiksha Foundation is looking for a Regional Program Manager. The role focuses on building hands-on learning settings in engineering colleges and polytechnics where students can design, build, and prototype real-world solutions.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with state government departments, college leadership, faculty, and students to set up and run these labs.
Launching recent labs.
Coordinating with institutions.
Training faculty and students in tools such as 3D printing, electronics, and prototyping.
Ensuring the labs are actively used for projects and workshops.
This role combines program management and technical mentorship.
The goal is to ensure that the labs become active spaces for experimentation and problem-solving rather than just equipment rooms.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with 1012 years of experience, including 45 years working in a makerspace, innovation lab, or similar setting.
A technical degree (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) is required, and experience working with academia, industry, or government partners will be valuable.
