We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Microbiologist to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in microbiology and experience working in a pharmaceutical setting.

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct microbial testing and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
Develop and implement microbiological protocols and procedures for production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to contamination or non-compliance.
Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the production area.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a microbiological role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of microbiological techniques, including plate counting, bacterial endotoxin test, and sterility testing.
Experience with laboratory information systems and software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
