Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily production operations to ensure effective use of resources and meet quality standards.
Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to maintain high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues or non-conformities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
Proven experience in production management, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Robust knowledge of QMS principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
