Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions for students, teachers, or parents as per the training calendar.
Understand the provided training material thoroughly to ensure high-quality delivery.
Adapt facilitation style based on audience needs (age, context, group size, etc.).
Engage participants through discussions, activities, and real-life examples.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and represent the organization’s values during all sessions.
Coordinate with program teams for scheduling and logistics.
Attend periodic facilitator briefing or refresher sessions to stay updated on delivery guidelines.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Social Work preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in training, facilitation, teaching,



or public speaking.
Experience working in schools/education sector is an advantage.
Fluent in Skilled English

Commitment Required
Willingness to travel (if applicable) to partner schools/locations.
Availability as per the program schedule (can be part time, full-time, or project-based).
