Operational Control: Oversee assigned production shift to ensure smooth workflow, meeting daily targets, and following SOPs.
Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Quality & Safety: Conduct basic quality checks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain cleanliness/5S standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate daily shift reports on production, manpower usage, and safety incidents.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor machine usage and escalate equipment issues to senior management or technical support.

Shift production output vs. target.
Zero safety incidents or timely reporting of near misses.
Quality compliance rate.
Reduced downtime/efficiency improvements.
