Support in office service visits, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Interact with customers and provide technical service support.
Prepare service reports and maintain repair documentation.

Requirements
ITI, Diploma, or Polytechnic in Electrical, Electronics, EI, or related branches.
Positive hands-on skills in soldering, wiring, electronics, and repair work.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and measuring instruments.
Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and readiness for field work.
