Production Supervisor

:

Production Planning & Operations
Plan and manage daily production schedules
Prepare and maintain daily order MIS report
Ensure timely completion of jobs according to customer delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Customer, Design dept, Production Operators, and dispatch department.
Ensure products comply with customer specifications and industry standards.
Resolve customer quality complaints.
Standardize work procedures & Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Management
Supervise operators, technicians, and labours.
Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Conduct employee training & Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Typical Experience
Diploma in Printing & Packaging Technology
or Approximately 2–3 years of experience in Offset Printing, Printing & Packaging Industry
or at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or junior managerial role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Work Location: Mapusa, Goa
