Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end video editing workflows, including organizing raw footage, selecting key clips, assembling timelines, and refining edits to align with brand and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative, marketing, and production teams; applying color grading; integrating motion graphics and text overlays; and ensuring consistent visual style and quality across multiple platforms.

Editor will also optimize videos for different channels, maintain asset libraries, and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.



Mentoring junior team members and providing feedback on edits will be a regular part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience.
- Candidate can expect 5-6 LPA.
- Candidate should possess robust Video Editing and Video Production skills, including management of end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Candidate should possess advanced Video Color Grading skills, with the ability to create consistent, visually appealing looks across projects.
- Candidate should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills, including experience with animated elements, titles, and visual enhancements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated experience in editing for marketing, social media, and branded content, with a strong sense of pacing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, sound design awareness, and understanding of video formats, codecs, and export best practices.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior or lead video editing role is preferred.
