About Us

We are a creative marketing agency based in the UK. We work with many different clients to help them grow through better branding, websites, and digital marketing.

Our team is growing again and so we are now hiring a Senior UX/UI Web Designer to join us. You will work from home but be part of a friendly, professional, and hard-working team. You must speak professional English, as you will join meetings and share ideas with our UK team and clients.

What You Will Do

As our Senior UX/UI Web Designer, you will help design websites that are awwward grade high animation premium websites right though to more simplistic ones but all websites will have a strong UX focus. Your main tasks will include:

User Research

● Understand what users want and need, do lean UX, create maps, personas, sitemap and create detailed analysis of websites according to Neilsen’s heuristic principals.

● Review websites, speak with users (if needed), and look at how users behave

● Create simple summaries of your findings to share with the team

Wireframing & Prototyping

● Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes to plan web pages

● Build interactive prototypes to test design ideas

● Use Figma for all designs and layouts

User Interface Design

● Design modern, clean, and responsive user interfaces

● Make sure designs follow brand guidelines and are easy to use

● Think about spacing, colours, typography, and mobile layout

Team Collaboration

● Work closely with developers, marketers, and other designers

● Join regular video meetings with the UK team





● Share your ideas clearly and listen to feedback

Documentation

● Keep your design files and notes well organised

● Create clear handover documents for developers

● Write simple guidelines for how to use your designs

Accessibility

● Make sure your designs are easy for everyone to use, including people with disabilities

● Follow basic accessibility standards (like colour contrast, font size, alt text)

Data & Performance

● Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to see how users behave

● Look at numbers to find ways to improve the user experience

● Test different versions of pages (A/B testing) if needed

What Skills You Need

● 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI or web design

● Expert skills in Figma

● A positive eye for clean, modern web design and micro-interactions

● Ability to create clear wireframes and prototypes

● Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

● Extensive experience with user research and UX/UI principles

● Good communication skills in professional English

● Able to manage time and work independently

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is helpful

Other Info:

● Schedule - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm UK time

● Work Location- Remote

● Salary will be paid in GBP each month and so exchange rates will apply

● Working on a contract basis
