Are you passionate about travel and love creating unforgettable travel experiences? We're looking for an experienced Package Consultant to join our growing team. If you have expertise in designing domestic and international holiday packages, building strong client relationships, and driving travel sales, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

B2C Travel Sales

- Understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Design customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Assist clients with flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Provide expert destination guidance and ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Upsell premium services and travel add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction.

B2B Travel Sales

- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Create customized FIT, group, and incentive travel packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare professional quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Ensure smooth communication and service delivery for all travel partners.

Sales & Operations

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa regulations,



and supplier offerings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and promote new travel products.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and/or international travel sales.
- Hands-on experience handling both B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and supplier networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience with GDS systems and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or FAM trips.

Experience

- 2+ years in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
