About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in designing intuitive, modern, and visually engaging digital experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in UI/UX design, visual communication, design systems, modern website design, and AI-assisted design workflows. Should work closely with product, development, and business teams to create seamless and user-friendly experiences for global users.

This role requires a strong balance of creativity, usability, problem-solving, innovation, and marketing-oriented visual thinking.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Visual Design

- Design modern user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly layouts
- Design visually engaging static web pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and marketing websites
- Create modern web experiences focused on user engagement, conversion, branding, and storytelling
- Maintain consistency through design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Create icons, illustrations, presentations, marketing creatives, banners, and other visual assets
- Apply strong principles of typography, branding, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Improve usability and user experience through research and design thinking approaches

AI & Innovation

- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, ideation,



prototyping, and workflow efficiency
- Work with modern AI tools such as Figma Make, Adobe Firefly, Claude, Google Stitch, and similar platforms
- Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity, creativity, and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design technologies

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with product teams, developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Present design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product improvement
- Should contribute to overall design quality standards

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Creative Design, or Website / Mobile Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, desktop, mobile application, and marketing website design projects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI/UX, landing page, branding, and visual design expertise is mandatory for consideration
- Experience designing landing pages, promotional pages, and conversion-focused marketing experiences

- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Experience in motion design, animations, or micro-interactions is a plus
- Exposure to AI-driven product experiences or AI-integrated workflows is preferred

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in
