We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Operations Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory operations and a passion for ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on regulatory matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze and resolve complex regulatory issues, providing recommendations for improvement.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or pharmacy.
Proven experience in regulatory operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and other international regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
