We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in Railway and National Highway (NH) Infrastructure Projects to coordinate project activities and support the project management team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
Maintain project-related documents, drawings, approvals, work orders, and correspondence.
Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely execution.
Conduct project meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and action points.




Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper project documentation.
Follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure effective communication between the project office and site teams.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Railway and/or NH Infrastructure Projects.
Solid project coordination and documentation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle project deadlines.
Knowledge of infrastructure project execution and site activities will be an added advantage.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Railway and NH infrastructure projects.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
