Vision Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to manage interior design and execution projects from start to completion.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing workers and contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion, and maintaining good communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously.
Plan and monitor project schedules and site progress.
Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Ensure work is completed according to approved designs and specifications.
Maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress.
Identify and resolve site-related issues quickly.
Coordinate with the design and management teams.
Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses.




Prepare regular project progress updates and reports.
Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and professional work practices.

Requirements
Experience in interior design/project execution or construction.
Positive knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, furniture, and other interior works.
Strong team-management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and workers.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience with project management software or basic computer skills is an advantage.
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
