Position: Rice Mill Supervisor

Experience: 3–8 years

Job Location: Balimunda, Basudevpur, Bhadrak

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily rice mill production and processing activities.
Monitor production targets, quality, and wastage.
Manage and coordinate mill workers and shift activities.
Ensure proper operation of machinery and timely maintenance.
Monitor raw paddy, finished rice, by-products, and stock movement.
Maintain daily production and stock records.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the mill manager, accountant, and other departments.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the mill.

Requirements
3–8 years of experience in a rice mill or food-processing industry.
Valuable knowledge of rice milling and production processes.
Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day operations.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
