Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement recent research projects, including experimental design, data collection, and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate results.
Analyze data and draw conclusions, providing recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D;, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of experimental design, data collection, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
