Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with 5–6 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, inventory coordination, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source and evaluate vendors and negotiate prices and terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain proper documentation and purchase reports.
Coordinate with accounts, stores, production, and other departments.
Track vendor performance, pricing,



and material quality.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in an Electrical/Electrical Manufacturing company preferred.
Valuable knowledge of electrical materials/components and procurement.
Advanced Excel and strong Excel skills.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
Good working knowledge of Tally.
Solid vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently.

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
